The ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga is a large-format, industrial-grade FDM 3D printer designed for producing exceptionally large models, prototypes, components, and functional parts. With an expansive 800 × 800 × 1000 mm build volume, the OrangeStorm Giga can accommodate projects that may otherwise need to be divided into multiple smaller sections.
Its large build area, high-speed printing capability, four-nozzle configuration, independently heated PEI platform sections, automatic calibration features, and robust mechanical design make it suitable for professional prototyping, architecture, product development, industrial design, education, and manufacturing applications.

The large working area provides substantial room for oversized prototypes, architectural models, industrial components, and other large-format projects. It can reduce the need to divide a large design into multiple smaller pieces.
The build platform uses four independent 410 × 410 mm PEI tiles. The platform can be heated uniformly to 100°C in approximately 17 minutes, according to the provided specifications.
The independent heating design also allows the printer to heat the active portion of the platform rather than necessarily heating the entire surface for every print.
