Shipping Policy

FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid

All shipments are FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid, meaning Omni Tech Vault covers the cost of shipping while responsibility transfers to the customer once the carrier takes possession.

Domestic Shipping

Omni Tech Vault ships to U.S. destinations excluding:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

• U.S. Virgin Islands

Free Ground Shipping Over $599

Free ground shipping is available for orders over $599 within the 48 contiguous United States.
This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

International Shipping

International shipping will be available in the future.
All duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Times & Order Processing

• Orders placed and verified before 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day

Return Policy

Returns & Replacements – 10-Day Buyer’s Remorse Policy

Omni Tech Vault offers a 10-day buyer’s remorse return window from the date of delivery.

• Unopened products may be returned with no questions asked

• Opened and flown products may be eligible for return only if like-new and fully functional, subject to inspection

• Opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee

• Shipping costs are non-refundable for items returned in working condition

Customers must contact Omni Tech Vault Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Condition Requirements

Returned merchandise must:

• Be in original, like-new condition

• Include all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and inserts

• Show no scratches, marks, blemishes, or signs of use

• Retain all security tags

• Not be altered or modified

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Must be reported within 5 business days of delivery

• Refuse delivery if the shipping box shows significant damage

• Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund

Refusal of Delivery

If delivery is refused for reasons other than visible shipping damage:

• Customer is responsible for all actual shipping charges

• Refund issued minus outbound and return shipping costs

Incorrect Shipping Address

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses incur actual shipping charges

• Refunds issued less shipping costs

• Reshipment requests require additional shipping fees

• Unclaimed returns will be refunded minus applicable charges
