Shipping & Delivery Policy

FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid

All orders ship FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid, meaning Omni Tech Vault covers the shipping cost, while responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the package at the point of origin.

Domestic Shipping

Omni Tech Vault ships to all U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Free Ground Shipping Over $599

Free ground shipping is available on orders over $599 within the 48 contiguous United States.
This offer does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide and work with multiple carriers to provide competitive international shipping rates. All duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For international shipping quotes, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Refusal of Delivery

If a shipment is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all actual shipping charges incurred. Once the item is returned to our facility, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus the original and return shipping costs.
This applies even if the order originally qualified for free shipping. Refused shipments that are damaged in transit are excluded.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer will incur actual shipping costs. Once returned, a refund will be issued less shipping charges. Any request to reship the order will require payment of additional shipping fees.

Shipping Times & Order Processing

• Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

• Orders placed and verified before 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST ship the next business day

• Shipping transit times begin after the ship date

• 2-Day and Overnight services apply to business days only

Shipping timelines do not include delays caused by circumstances beyond Omni Tech Vault’s control, including but not limited to weather events, carrier delays, strikes, or natural disasters.

Policy Rights

Omni Tech Vault reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify shipping offers in the event of system errors, unauthorized interference, or misuse. Orders found to be abusing promotions or disrupting site operations may be canceled at our discretion.
